A Letter to Haseeba is orginally written by Nina and Milan Markovic Matthis, and performed by their theater company Teater Fyra Ben, based in Sweden.
In March and May 2016, I performed the monologue with the New Scandinavian Theater Collective in Brooklyn, New York.
The most elementary fantasmatic scene is not that of a fascinating scene to be looked at, but notion that “there is someone out there looking at us”; it it not a dream, but the notion that “we are the objects in someone else’s dream”. (S. Žižek)
